Elaine Ivey, banking officer at SunTrust Bank, has been promoted to branch manager of the Southgate office.

Lisa Mahaffey, assistant vice president of SunTrust Bank, has been promoted to branch manager of the Walton Way office.

Larry Tilby, group vice president of SunTrust Bank, has been promoted to branch manager of the Evans main office.

Janet Carn, assistant vice president of SunTrust Bank, has been promoted to branch manager of the Peach Orchard Road office.

Ronald Lee Feller has been named to the Executive in Resident Program in the School of Business at the University of South Carolina Aiken.

Christina M. Craft, formerly of Aiken, has been elected a first-level officer of Wachovia Corporate Services Inc., Greenville, S.C.

Merle Temple, former district manager for BellSouth-Augusta, has been named Georgia deputy superintendent of education for constituent services, recognition programs, legal media, policy and regional field directors.
