GRANITEVILLE - Mr. Tom Ridenour, 66, of Marble Hill Road, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, at University Hospital, Augusta.
The funeral will be at 2 p.n. Saturday at Lakeside Baptist Church, Clearwater, with the Rev. Bill Reese and Jerome Berendsen officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens.
Mr. Ridenour, a native of Bellville, Ohio, was an Air Force veteran and had retired as a supervisor from Asco Switch Co. after 40 years. He was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church, where he was a member of Joy Sunday School Class.
The family said, "Tom will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who loved the Lord."
Survivors include his wife, Esther Contrascere Ridenour; a son, Tom C. Ridenour, Alpharetta, Ga.; a daughter, Terry R. Stevens, Nashville, Tenn.; two brothers, Richard Ridenour and William Ridenour, both of Bellville; three sisters, Jane Frontz, Bellville, Gerry Dunlap and Linda Ridenour, both of Columbus, Ohio; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Skip Atkinson, Julian Farmer, John George, Bobby Troup, Doug Padgett and Billy Koons.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of Joy Sunday School Class of Lakeside Baptist Church.
