TENNILLE, Ga. - Mrs. Anna B. Jones-Giles, 85, of Gilead Road, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001, in Macon.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Bethany Baptist Church, Washington County, with the Rev. Jarrett Burch officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Jones-Giles, a lifelong resident of Washington County, was a homemaker and a member of Bethany Baptist Church, where she was a former pianist and a member of Women's Missionary Union and Bethany Community Club.
Survivors include her husband, C.I. Giles; two sons, Melton Jones and Hal Jones, both of Tennille; two daughters, Eleanor Jones Smart, Tennille, and Diane Jones Tatum, Conyers; a sister, Thena Miller, Deepstep; and nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lannie Smart, Barrett Tatum, Rusty Akins, Clayton Jones, C.L. Clark and Edward Miller.
Memorials may be made to Bethany Baptist Church.
