Mr. Webster Dunbar Jr.



NEW ELLENTON - Mr. Webster "Limp" Dunbar Jr., 60, of Long Street, died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001, at his residence.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Runs Missionary Baptist Church, Beech Island, with Revs. Donald Goode, Finace Bush Jr. and C.W. Phinizy officiating.

Mr. Dunbar, a native of Barnwell County, had retired from Seminole Textile Mills after 20 years and from Savannah River Site after 15 years. He was a member of Runs Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sons, Kelvin A. Dunbar, Andre Dunbar, Gary Johnson and Jason Johnson, all of New Ellenton; a daughter, Debra Hanberry, Denmark; his father, Webster Dunbar Sr., New Ellenton; four brothers, David Dunbar Sr., James Dunbar, George Dunbar El and Leon Dunbar, all of New Ellenton; four sisters, Ida Smith, Emma Odom, Annie Bush and Carrie Green, all of New Ellenton; and eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the residence or at Cheatham Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
