HEPHZIBAH - Mrs. Esther Pearl Harris, 80, of Fulcher Road, died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001, at Burke County Regional Medical Center, Waynesboro.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at DeLoach Funeral Home with the Rev. Alan Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown.
Mrs. Harris, a native of Adrien, Mo., had retired as a sales clerk from Nortons Fish and Poultry and was a member of Richmond County Senior Friends and Hephzibah Church of God.
The family said: "Mrs. Harris moved to Richmond County 21 years ago from San Jose, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Harris, in 1990."
Survivors include a son, Walter Harris Jr., Reno, Nev.; a daughter, Gladys M. Toole, Hephzibah; two sisters, Dorothy Burrescia, Central Point, Ore., and Helen Bartel, La Habra, Calif.; and six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Aaron P. Battle, Danny R. Zerbel, Darryl A. Zerbel, Jimmy L. Mize Jr., Stephen D. Zerbel and Glenn A. Battle.

Friends may call at the funeral home.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
