In Monday's Feb. 5 Augusta Chronicle there was no Op-Ed page - a first in my memory for the newspaper. In your obvious attempt to control rising expenses, maybe you should have looked across the page to the two letters about David Sisler.
I am, of course, saddened that his column was canceled, but you have done more than eliminate one man's writing from your paper. Your readers have lost a clear voice for Jesus Christ.
If you are having difficulties at the newspaper financially, maybe you should look at editorial changes you have made which have dishonored God. Such steps cannot be pleasing to him.
