Mr. Rodman William Strader, 83, died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2001, at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Westover Memorial Park with the Rev. Ned Iverson officiating.
Mr. Strader, a native of East Orange, N.J., had retired from the Army and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War, where he earned a Purple Heart. He was former district governor of 18-F Lions Club of Georgia and a member of National Hill Lions Club and AARP.
The family said, "He attended Colgate College in New York."
Survivors include his wife, Zoja L. Strader; a son, Rodman Alexander Strader, Atlanta; a daughter, Sandra Strader Iverson, Snellville; and two grandchildren.
