LEXSEY, Ga. - Mr. Frederick Renfroe, 51, of Jays Place Road, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2001, at Wheeler County Hospital.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Greater St. James Baptist Church, Swainsboro, with the Rev. Alfred Cason officiating. Burial will be in Swainsboro City Cemetery, Swainsboro.
Mr. Renfroe, a native of Macon, was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a National Guard veteran and a building contractor. He was a member of Springfield Baptist Church, Oak Park.
Survivors include his wife, Rosa Renfroe; a son, Carlos Renfroe, Shreveport, La.; two daughters, Mechelle Blue, Swainsboro, and Chondra Williams, Columbus, Miss.; four brothers, Frank Renfroe and Patrick Renfroe, both of Lafayette, Ind.; Earnest Renfroe, Cartersville, and Walter Renfroe, Macon; five sisters, Roberta Jackson, Miami, Linell Ellis, Cartersville, Elizabeth Bell and Jean Renfroe, Lafayette, and Sharon Renfroe, Macon; and four grandchildren.
