Mr. Raymond Morris Sr.



STATESBORO, Ga. - Mr. Raymond "Shep" Morris Sr., 64, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Statesboro First Baptist Church with Dr. William H. Perry officiating. Burial will be in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Morris, a native of Bulloch County, was an Air Force veteran and had retired as a general contractor. He was a member of Statesboro First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Jewell Kennedy Morris; two sons, Raymond S. Morris Jr., Norristown, and Darrell Morris, Statesboro; a daughter, Dawna Olsen, Tucson, Ariz.; four sisters, Bertie Ann Rowe, Nevils, and Lois Chafin, Elizabeth Morris and Janice Amerson, all of Savannah; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Clifford Conner, Conner Berry, Johnny Morris Sr., I.W. Spence, Rick Rush, Jay Ward and Steven Rowe.
