Mr. Francis J. "Frank" Greene III, 49, of Lambeth Drive, Evans, died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2001, at Doctors Hospital.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Baker Woods Baptist Church, with the Revs. Ellis Moore and Doug Davis officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery, Millen.
Mr. Greene, a native of Charleston, S.C., had retired as a systems analyst from the board of education, Louisville, Ky., and was a member of Cherokee Hunt Club and Baker Woods Baptist Church, where he was an ordained deacon.
The family said: "Frank had a very positive faith. You could be in his presence a short time and realize his zest for life that came from Christ."
Survivors include his wife, Johnnie B. Greene; a daughter, Nikie Roulston, Lugoff, S.C.; his mother, Lucille B. Greene, Millen; and two sisters, Mary Pat McTeer, Millen, and Regina Rosa, Aurora, Ill.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Cargile, Bennie Howard, Ralph Chance, Joe Burnett, Bill Longhi and H.C. McTeer.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of Cherokee Hunt Club.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Platt's Funeral Home, North Belair Road.
