WRENS, Ga. - Mr. David E. Cochran, 74, of Georgia Highway 102, died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2001, at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Augusta.
A memorial service will be at noon Thursday at the residence.
Mr. Cochran, a native of Tozewell, Va., had retired as master sergeant from the Air Force and was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Cochran; a son, Ronnie Dillard, Alexandria, Va.; two daughters, Nora Jean Wilson, Brunswick, Md., and Margaret Ann Dugan, Severna Park, Md.; two brothers, Alvie Damon Cochran and Danny Oliver Cochran, both of Tozewell; three sisters, Ola C. Griffin, Tozewell, Betty Lisle, Rodgers, Ark., and Ginny Moya, West Coulna, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the World War II Veterans Memorial, Washington, D.C.
