Mrs. Tweetie Weaver

COLUMBIA - Mrs. Tweetie Stevens Weaver, 83, of Broad River Road, died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2001, at Bernardin House.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Willow Spring Baptist Church, Edgefield, with Dr. E.L. Cain officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Weaver, a native of Saluda County, had retired as a textile worker and was a member of Willow Spring Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Joe Weaver, Philadelphia, George Weaver, New Jersey, and Floyd T. Weaver, Greenwood; four daughters, Sarah Lindsey, Dorothy A. Guess and Delores M. Coleman, all of Columbia, and Barbara J. McGrath, Saluda; five sisters, Laura B. Werts, Philadelphia, Emma B. Carroll and Ethel C. Green, both of Saluda, and Emily Miles and James Anna Stevens, both of Columbia; and 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons and nephews.

Friends may call at the residence of Floyd T. Weaver, 260 Wisewood Circle, Greenwood.

Butler & Sons Funeral Home, Saluda, is in charge of arrangements.
