Mrs. Mary Jordan Mauldin, 80, died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2000, at Beverly Manor Convalescent Center.
Services will be private.
Mrs. Mauldin, a native of Birmingham, Ala., had retired as a dietitian; was former master chef professor at University of Connecticut and Fort Collins Technical Institute, Colorado; and was a gourmet chef. She was a former chef for Clarks Mill Pond Restaurant, Louisville; The Gables Restaurant, Columbia County; French Market Grille; The Levy; Cuckoo's Restaurant, Martinez; and Grand Finale Desserts. She was Baptist.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Mauldin and Barry Mauldin, both of Augusta.
Thomas L. King Funeral Home, Martinez, is in charge of arrangements.
