Mrs. Floice Smith



WARRENVILLE - Mrs. Floice Mae Harper Smith, 92, of Pine Log Road, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000, at University Hospital, Augusta.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hatcher Funeral Home, Langley, with the Rev. J.B. Redd officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens, Graniteville.

Mrs. Smith, a native of Meridian, Miss., had retired from Graniteville Co. after 36 years and was a member of Daughters of America, Young at Heart, Warrenville Women's Club, Graniteville Leisure Club, Clearwater First Baptist Church's Swinging Sixties, Bath First Baptist Church's Three C's and Warrenville First Baptist Church, where she was a member of Baptist Women's Union, Autumn Years Choir and Laura Ellen Sunday School Class.

Survivors include three sons, Cecil G. Cole, Graniteville, Ottis J. Smith Jr., Lexington, and Don Smith, Warrenville; and nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of Warrenville First Baptist Church.

Friends may call at the residence of Don Smith, 2511 Pine Log Road.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
