Mrs. Geraldine Smith Daggett, of Taylor Street, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2000, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs. Thomas Walker and Alex Pope officiating. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.
Mrs. Daggett, a native of Augusta, was a Carole Fabrics employee and a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member of Phinizy Choir and deaconess board.
Survivors include her husband, Ellis Daggett; a stepdaughter, Shondrika Daggett, Augusta; a brother, Freddie Smith, Augusta; and a sister, Georgene Poe, Augusta.
Pallbearers will be her nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of Phinizy Choir and deaconess and deacon boards of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, deacons of First Providence Baptist Church and members of Lucy C. Laney High School Class of 1962.
Friends may call at the residence or at Dent's Undertaking Establishment.
