There are reports that President Bill Clinton may be seeking a position at his alma mater when his term is over. Conveniently, this would be Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
As Mr. Clinton dodged the Vietnam War by leaving the country for an "education" at Oxford, he's entertaining the idea to leave once again. This time, the reason for leaving may be twofold. One, leaving his wife before she leaves him. Two, to avoid further prosecution.
... If Clinton assumes the Oxford "position," will Americans have to "assume the position" to absorb the additional costs of his Secret Service security detail while overseas? If the answer is yes, I think he and Oxford should share the extra expenses. Not the American public.
