Mr. Thomas Pearce



WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Mr. Thomas W. Pearce, 68, of East Seventh Street, died Friday, Nov. 17, 2000.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Botsford Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Dixon officiating. Burial with full military honors will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Pearce, a native of Wilson, N.C., had retired as a master sergeant from the Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War, during which he earned a Bronze Star. He was a former employee of City of Waynesboro Water Department and was a member of Botsford Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Littlefield Pearce; two sons, Michael T. Pearce, Waynesboro, and Mark C. Pearce, Martinez; three daughters, Connie M. Pearce, Evans, Phyllis A. Martin, Augusta, and Mary E. Williams, Hephzibah; a brother, Henry G. Pearce, Bailey, N.C.; and 10 grandchildren.

DeLoach Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
