Mr. Clarence Adams



GREENSBORO, Ga. - Mr. Clarence Beasley Adams, 85, of Copelan Road, died Friday, Nov. 17, 2000, at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at McCommons Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Pritchett officiating. Burial will be in Greenview Cemetery.

Mr. Adams, a native of Morgan County, was an Army veteran of World War II, during which he received a Bronze Star, and had retired as owner and operator of Greensboro Florist. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Greshamville.

Survivors include a brother, Calvin Adams, Dahlonega; and two sisters, Beatrice Nunnally, Thomson, and Doris Langford, Jackson.

Pallbearers will be J. Boswell, John Boswell, Michael Strickland, Dusty Laux, Richard Dunagan, David Dunagan, Jeff Thurmond, Ryan Ogletree, Bill Crawford and Marc Richards.

Friends may call at the funeral home.
