JAMAICA, N.Y. - Mr. Jessie Webb Sr., 71, of 109 Avenue, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 2000, at St. Johns Queens Hospital.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Evening Light Church of God, Graniteville, with the Rev. Leroy Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Webb, a native of James Island, S.C., had retired as a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Justine Webb; two sons, Jesse F. Webb Jr., Queens, and Billy Vanderhurst, Walterboro, S.C.; three brothers, James E. Webb, Charleston, S.C., Joseph Webb, Manhattan, and Nathaniel Webb, Atlanta; and two sisters, Fannie Belgrove, Brooklyn, and Laura Childree, Manhatten.
Pallbearers will be Paul Quiller, Jesse Adams, Roger Adams, Robert Adams, Larry Adams and Herbert O'Conner.
Friends may call at the residence of Helen Ricardo, 12 Adams-Newsome Road, Breezy Hill; or at Cheatham Funeral Home, Langley.
The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
