Mr. Gary Westbrook



AIKEN - Mr. Gary Grafton Westbrook, 54, of Screech Owl Trail, died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2000, at his residence.

The funeral will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. C.W. Lowe officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Westbrook, a native of Columbus, Miss., was an electrician at Owens-Corning/Advanced Fiberyarns and was a member of Aiken Masonic Lodge 156, Teamsters Union Local 86 and Shiloh Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Alice Brown Westbrook; two daughters, Deanne W. Thomas, Aiken, and Sheila W. Reid, New Ellenton; his mother, Ann Holley Westbrook, Aiken; a brother, Lonnie Terry Westbrook, Aiken; two sisters, Sharon W. Hayes, Jacksonville Beach, Fla., and Karon W. Barton, Aiken; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Bill Walters, Robert Gartman, Lide Steadman, Ken McDonald, Scottie Fields and Dennis Willing.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of Aiken Masonic Lodge 156.

Memorials may be made to Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, 1111 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NY 11714.

Friends may call at the residence of Ann Holley Westbrook, 194 Westbrook Farms Trail.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Rivers Funeral Home.
