Mr. Munung Kil



Mr. Munung Kil, 68, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2000, at University Hospital.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road, with the Rev. Samuel Kang officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Mr. Kil, a native of Chong-Ju, Korea, was a Republic of Korea Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War and was former owner of Oriental Restaurant.

Survivors include his wife, Inae Kil; a son, Taeho Kil, Augusta; two daughters, Somni Kil-Brooks, Macon, and Nami Kil-McCann, Augusta; a sister, Oksoon Eubanks, Augusta; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Amnaji McCann, Richard Prater, Eddie Akins, Mal Kaewliam and Bryan Books.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of Republic of Korea Marine Corps.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
