Mrs. Pernell Flowers, 68, of Ramsey Street, died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2000, at University Hospital.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Three Mile Creek Christian Church, Bamberg, S.C., with the Rev. Anthony Dock officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Flowers, a native of Bamberg, was a homemaker and a member of Order of the Eastern Star and Three Mile Creek Christian Church.
Survivors include a son, Willie P. Flowers, Waynesboro; four daughters, Joyce Carter, Harlyn Holmes, Mary Rynes and Pamela Leverett, all of Augusta; a brother, Herman Haynes, Augusta; and eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Russell Brown, Herman Hynes, Solomon Carter, Bobby Hynes, Jimmy Hynes and Michael Ryans.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Peoples Funeral Home.
