Mr. Richard Raymond McDade, 62, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000, at Doctors Hospital.
Graveside services with full military honors will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Westover Memorial Park with Chaplain Brian Mead officiating.
Mr. McDade, a native of Logan, W.Va., had retired as a lieutenant colonel from the Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He also had retired as a real estate agent. He was a Mason and a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
Survivors include his wife, Anne Holcomb McDade; a son, Sean Richard McDade, Augusta; and two daughters, Elizabeth Anne McDade, Oak Park, Calif., and Kimberly Dawne McDade, Denver.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of an Army Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Poteet Funeral Home, Wheeler Road.
