Mrs. Frances Joe Hom, 83, died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2000, at University Hospital.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with the Revs. Robert Ledbetter and Donald Fishburne officiating. Burial will be in Westover Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hom, a native of Augusta, had retired as a bookkeeper from W.B. Byrd Co.
Survivors include a son, Gary G. Hom, Augusta; three daughters, Jeanne H. Price and Katherine H. Redd, both of Augusta, and Carolyn H. Chow, Brooklyn, N.Y.; three brothers, George Joe, Clearwater, Fla., Robert Joe, Roswell, and Herbert Joe, Doraville; two sisters, Pauline Joe Holleran, Augusta, and Ruth Joe Chen, Dalton; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Masters Youth Bowling League, 1725 Berkley Road, Augusta, GA 30904-5033; Girl Scouts of True Light Church, 195 Worth St., New York, NY 10013; or to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 605 Reynolds St., Augusta, GA 30901.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Poteet Funeral Home, Greene Street.
