Mr. Willis F. Usry



NORTH AUGUSTA - Mr. Willis "Dub" Usry, 80, of Pine Grove Road, died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers, Aiken.

Graveside services will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bath, with the Rev. John Bolin officiating.

Mr. Usry, a native of Augusta, was a Army veteran of World War II and had retired from Graniteville Co. He was a member of Salvation Army.

Survivors include his wife, Florence Cheney Usry; a son, Douglas Hall, Burnettown; three daughters, Rachel Faircloth, Augusta, Annette Johnson, Gloverville, and Sheri Hattaway, North Augusta; a sister, Betty Williams, Evans; and 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Williams Carter, Douglas Hall, Tim Hattaway, Edward Saum, George Hattaway and Bobby Carmony.

Hatcher Funeral Home, Langley, is in charge of arrangements.
