Ms. Marsha Smith

HEPHZIBAH - Ms. Marsha A. Smith, 47, of Hephzibah-McBean Road, died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital, Augusta.

The funeral will be at 6 p.m. today at DeLoach Funeral Home with Dr. Gene Sexton officiating. Burial will be private.

Ms. Smith, a native of Jefferson County, had retired as a nursing assistant. She was Baptist.

Survivors include three daughters, Florence Smith and Marsha Mechelle O'Bryan, both of Hephzibah, and Susie B. Williams, Augusta; two brothers, William Gay and Roger Gay, both of Waynesboro; two sisters, Brenda Morris, Waynesboro, and Joyce Rivera, Aiken; her grandmother, Ethel Underwood, Rincon; and six grandchildren.
