The No. 2 Eagles (2-1) return to the stadium where they captured the Division I-AA title last year. The Eagles are 12-1 against the Moccasins in a series that dates back to 1984.

Key stat:

Georgia Southern leads the Southern Conference in pass defense, yielding 162 yards per game. Chattanooga's Chris Sanders leads the conference, averaging 364.7 yards per game.

Analysis:

Georgia Southern has to improve on limiting its turnovers, or the Eagles could find themselves struggling against the much-improved Moccasins.
