I read your editorial about "Selling out Old Glory" with complete shock.
How much lower is this president going to drag this country? Now he is going to insult the American flag when he goes to China and Vietnam.
No flag of another country (Vietnam) should ever fly above the American flag. That is a slap in the face to every American who ever put on a military uniform and fought for that flag and this country.
Besides, too many good men died in Vietnam to allow this to go unchallenged. I want to challenge everybody who picks up this newspaper to call or write their senator or congressman and raise the roof ...
In the meantime, every veteran should also write the president and tell him where you stand on this matter. Do be careful how you tell him how you feel, because he is not worth going to jail over.
