A Columbia County Superior Court judge allowed a Westside High School teacher facing drug charges to remain free no bond.
Judge Carlisle Overstreet did, however, add several conditions for bond for Deborah Lynn Foley, 46, of Oak Brook Drive in Martinez.
Ms. Foley has a 11 p.m. curfew, must undergo drug screenings every 30 days until her trial and is not permitted to have minors in her home other than her 17 year-old daughter, Eryn, Judge Overstreet said.
District Attorney Danny Craig moved to revoke her bond last week after a second arrest, when a runaway from North Augusta was found at her home. She was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and interfering with parental custody.
She was first arrested last month, along with six others, during a raid at her home. Ms. Foley was charged with felony manufacturing marijuana, felony possession of a schedule one narcotic and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
