Mr. Everette E. Josey, 79, died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, at his residence.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Henry Dukes officiating.
Mr. Josey, a native of Washington, was a self-employed craftsman and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include his wife, Agnes I. Josey; a son, Gary Josey, Wilmington, N.C.; two daughters, Sonja Rains, North Augusta, and Janice Taylor, Augusta; and nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Watchtower Society, 25 Columbia Heights, Brooklyn, NY 11201-2483.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the residence.
Poteet Funeral Home, North Augusta, is in charge of arrangements.
