People who whine and gripe because they can't water their lawns as often as they wish have a rude awakening coming.
They must understand there is going to be a shortage of water as the population explosion continues. This is caused by people living longer and uncontrolled immigration. All in the name of progress.
Does one have a clear picture of our standard of living when our population reaches one billion? Will we be as fortunate as China or as unfortunate as India? What will the people of the good city of Augusta cry about then?
It is not too late for us to control our destiny, or for sure we will forfeit all of our liberties.
In the meantime let us not complain about a little brown grass while our local farmers are really hurting.
