Mr. Charlie Hall



JOHNSTON, S.C. - Mr. Charlie "C.W." Hall, 78, of Dove Street, died Sunday, May 14, 2000, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers, Aiken.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Rosa Spring Baptist Church with the Revs. Winston Oliphant and P.W. Watson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Hall, a lifelong resident of Edgefield County, had retired as a textile worker and was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of American Legion Post 222, Young Men of Honor Society, Young Ladies of Honor Society and Rosa Spring Baptist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Warnie Waldo, Philadelphia.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Culbreath, Virgil Culbreath, Korey Williams, Terrance Culbreath and Joseph Oliphant.

Friends may call at the residence of Ann Williams, Handy Lane; or at Amos and Sons Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
