Mr. Caney Perry "Red" Moseley, 76, of Gordon Highway, died Sunday, May 7, 2000, at his residence.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Starling-Hatcher Funeral Home with the Rev. J.C. Satterfield officiating. Burial will be in Langley Cemetery, Langley.
Mr. Moseley, a native of Swainsboro, was an auto mechanic and Army veteran of World Way II. He was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtle Lowe Moseley; three sons, Dennis Hill, Paul Lowe Jr. and Tommy Lowe, all of Augusta; five daughters, Myrtis Jackson White, Langley, Frances Davis, Tammy Satterfield and Lynn Beasley, all of Augusta, and Virginia Hall, Clearwater; two sisters, Elizabeth Rodgers, Aiken, and Jackie Smith, Augusta; and 27 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Thomas "Bubba" Lowe Jr., Robert Lowe, Perry Lowe, Jimmy Jackson, Rodger Johnson and Thomas Thacker.
Friends may call at the residence, 2036 Gordon Highway, Lot 17.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
