Mrs. Elizabeth Edna Webb, of Old Savannah Road, died Wednesday, May 3, 2000, at University Hospital.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas Walker officiating. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.
Mrs. Webb, a native of Richmond County, had retired as a licensed practical nurse from Medical College of Georgia Hospital. She was a graduate of Lucy C. Laney Night School and president of Tenth District Women Auxiliary and Senior Mission. She was a member of C.E. Williams Court of the Eastern Star and Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member of Senior Choir 2.
Survivors include her husband, Sell Webb; six sons, Kelvin Ward, Harlem, and Carl Webb, Wayne Webb, Reginald Webb, Bryant Webb and John Webb, all of Augusta; a daughter, Faye Elam, Augusta; a stepson, Willie Joe Webb, West Palm Beach, Fla; two brothers, James Brown, Charleston, S.C., and Milton Brown, Compton, Calif.; a sister, Mamie Lee, Augusta; and 18 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Billy McCladdie, David McCladdie, Jerry Boyd, Leroy Stokes, Levi Godbee, Henry Craig and James Johnson.
The family will receive friends at 5 p.m. today at the residence and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday at the church.
Dent's Undertaking Establishment is in charge of arrangements.
