Mrs. Naomi Tutt



VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- Mrs. Naomi Williams Tutt died Saturday, April 22, 2000.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Augusta, with the Rev. J.C. Phinizy officiating. Burial will be in Walker Memorial Park, Augusta.

Mrs. Tutt, a native of Augusta, was a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

The family said: "To know her was to love her. Naomi Williams Tutt never met a stranger."

Survivors include four sons, James D. Tutt and Timothy F. Tutt, both of Jacksonville, Fla., Louis M. Tutt III, Harker Heights, Texas, and Laurence W. Tutt, Halton City, Texas; four daughters, Veronica L. Tutt and Alva L. Tutt, both of Jacksonville, Melvina Sparks, The Colony, Texas, and Valerie T. Harvey, Virginia Beach; and 15 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be James D. Tutt, Louis M. Tutt III, Laurence W. Tutt, Timothy F. Tutt, Henry Sparks and Paul Simmons.

Dent's Undertaking Establishment, Augusta, is in charge of arrangements.
