CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Mr. Wallace "Ray" Sexton Jr., 72, died Friday, April 21, 2000, at his residence.
A memorial service was at 2 p.m. Monday at J. Henry Stuhr Funeral Home, Glenn McConnell Parkway. Burial was private.
Mr. Sexton, a native of Langley, had retired as a supply clerk from Navy Supply Center and was an Army Air Corps veteran. He was a shriner, a mason and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and First Christian Church Disciples of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Crawford Sexton; a son, Wallace R. Sexton III, Charleston; two daughters, Leigh Ann S. Mann, Charlotte, N.C., and Deborah S. Yeo, Ladson; and eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
