One question may answer your editorially-posed question (editorial, April 20) as to why there's a reluctance on the part of one or more school-level administrators to keep Sheriff Clay Whittle's people out of school investigations:
Does a site-level administrator whose performance is based in part on the number of reported incidents at hisher school have a vested interest in minimizing the number of reported incidents?
