Mr. Ronald M. Sprenkle died Saturday, April 1, 2000, at his residence.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road, with the Rev. Kelly McKnight officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Sprenkle, a native of Waynesboro, Ga., had retired from the Army as a Sgt. 1st Class and was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was Protestant.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline L. Sprenkle; his mother, Leone Sprenkle, Waynesboro; two brothers, Randy Sprenkle, Waynesboro, and Roger Sprenkle, Harrisburg, Pa.; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be members of the military.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
