AIKEN - Mr. Donald Jackson Crawford, of Oak Place, died Friday, March 17, 2000, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
A memorial service will be at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday at All Saints Anglican Church with the Rev. Garrett Clanton officiating. Burial will be private.
Mr. Crawford, a native of Detroit, had retired as an insurance agent and as a commander from the Navy. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a former member and president of Rotary Club and United Way, both in Holland, Mich. He was the oldest living commodore of Macatawa Bay Yacht Club, Holland. He was a member of Culver Military Academy's Black Horse Troop and was a volunteer at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. He was a member of All Saints Anglican Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lee G. Kaber; a daughter, Jill C. Brown, Holland; and four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
