Mr. Parkie Kendrick



THOMSON -- Mr. Parkie Andrew Kendrick, 40, of Cedar Rock Road, died Thursday, March 16, 2000, at his residence.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Paynes Baptist Church, Mesena, with the Rev. Lester Woods officiating. Burial will be in Society Cemetery, Mesena.

Mr. Kendrick, a native of McDuffie County, was a carpenter for Wilson Homes of Thomson. He was a member of Paynes Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Parkie A. Kendrick Jr., Marshall A. Kendrick and Tobias O. Kendrick, all of Thomson; a daughter, Andrea T. Kendrick, Thomson; his mother, Rosie L. Kendrick, Thomson; three brothers, Wymon Kendrick, James Edward Kendrick and Royal Kendrick, all of Thomson; five sisters, Mildred Norman, Margree Wilson, Katherine Few, Rosie Mae Moya and Everlene Samuels, all of Thomson; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be his nephews.

Friends may call at the residence of Rosie Kendrick, Cedar Rock Road, or at Thomson Funeral System.
