WINDSOR -- Mr. Thomas Brooks Yonce Sr., 61, of Middleton Drive, died Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers, Aiken.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, with the Rev. James Wingate officiating. Burial with military honors will be in First Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Yonce, a native of Aiken, had retired as a Master Sergeant from the Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a long-distance hauler at First Coast, Charleston. He was a member of Windsor Beautification Committee and First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda Eubanks Yonce; a son, Thomas B. Yonce Jr., Huntersville, N.C.; two daughters, Cheryl Y. Hartvigsen, Columbia, and Belinda Y. Anthony, Aiken; two brothers, Roy L. Yonce Jr. and Wayne R. Yonce, both of Charleston; two sisters, Betty Y. Fraser, Aiken, and Claudette Y. Shiels, Rocky Mount, N.C.; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. The Augusta Chronicle March 2, 2000
