Notes demise of Schulz's daily gift

It is clear from the 60 Minutes TV show that Charles M. Schulz, the creator of the Peanuts comic strip, was himself the original "Charlie Brown." He never asked any help to create all of those articles. He produced his array of colorful characters each and everyday of his life.

Mr. Schulz is my hero (Charlie Brown always wanted to be someone's hero) and here's why: He lived my own personal religious philosophy -- life is a gift from God. What we do with our life is our gift to God.

Mr. Schulz's daily gift to us will certainly be missed, but when he stepped up to the Golden Gate I am sure he heard:

"You're a good man, Charlie Brown."
