ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Mr. Prince Franklin Wynn, of Poinsettia Lane, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2000, at Montgomery County Hospice.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Quinn Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Frederick.
Mr. Wynn, a native of Macon, had graduated from Savannah State College and had done graduate work at Georgia Southern College, Wayne State University and Hood College. He had retired as a teacher after 11 years from Columbia County Board of Education and 24 years from Frederick County Board of Education. He worked at PostNet, Frederick, after his retirement. He was a member of Xi Xi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and Civitan Club, Frederick. He was a member of Quinn Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, where he was a member of L.J. Robinson Men's Choir.
Suvivors include two daughters, Francine Wynn and Annette McGruder, both of Augusta; a stepson, Andree Turner, Worcester, Pa.; and a brother, Charlie Wynn, Macon.
Friends may call at Dent's Undertaking Establishment, Augusta.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Gary L. Rollins Funeral Home, Frederick.
