Mrs. Mattie Bell Dorsey, 65, of Dublin Drive, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, at her residence.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. F.L. Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olive Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Dorsey, a native of Clarks Hill, S.C., was a homemaker. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Clarks Hill.
Survivors include two sons, Roosevelt Dorsey and Willie Dorsey, both of Augusta; three daughters, Ann Dorsey Jones, Jestean Dorsey Dicks and Juanita Dorsey, all of Augusta; her mother, Susie Mae Prescott, Milwaukee, Wis.; two brothers, William Prescott and John Prescott, both of Milwaukee; five sisters, Lula Mae Prescott, Magdelene Morris and Rose Hunter, all of Little Rock, Ark., and Gertrude Prescott and Imogene Dunlap, both of Milwaukee; and eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Ken Allen, Vernon Williams, Johnny Dicks, Calvin Hatcher, Leonard Evans and Brian Jarvis.
