BARNWELL, S.C. -- Mr. Edward Wilbert Mole, 65, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Sandy Run Baptist Church, Hampton County, with the Rev. Billy Mew officiating. Burial with military honors will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Mole, a native of Hampton County, had retired as a staff sergeant in the Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Sandy Run Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Gilma Mole; three sons, Edward Mole Jr., Loganville, and Richard Mole and David Mole, both of Nashville, Tenn.; a daughter, Gladys Walters, Barnwell; a stepson, Douglas Kennedy, Barnwell; three stepdaughters, Denise Hubbard, Greenville, Bess Terrapin, Lexington, and Jo Folk Chavis, Windsor; a brother, Leon Mole, Lexington; three sisters, Bobbie Jean Padgett, Barnwell, Patricia Hunt, Aiken, and Dot Gibson, Macon; and eight grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Sandy Run Cemetery Fund.
