I see my advice I gave back in the early 1990s will probably now be taken -- only because someone else has suggested it.
I'm talking about closing the water reservoir on Highland Avenue to the public.
Some of the fools that allowed this are still in office, so I'm not getting my hopes up.
I wonder why some people think they have a right to do whatever they want, wherever they want to do it?
I wonder what they have done for this country to make them think that way?
