STATESBORO, Ga. -- Mr. Johnny R. Olliff, 64, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, at his residence.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bible Baptist Church with Dr. Max Alderman and the Rev. Mike Eastridge officiating. Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery.
Mr. Olliff, a native of Bulloch County, had retired as a heavy-equipment operator from CSX Railroad. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Shelba Lewis Olliff; a son, Stephen Olliff, Statesboro; a daughter, Sheri McGahee, Statesboro; two sisters, Sara Sims, Brooklet, and Louise Barnes, Savannah; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bill Perkins, Allison Deal, Jim Livingston, Randy Colson, Tony Harvey and Chuck Yeater.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of Adult Three Sunday School Class.
Memorials may be made to Bible Baptist Church Building Fund, 151 Northside Drive E., Statesboro, GA 30458.
The family will receive friends at 5 p.m. today at Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home.
