Mrs. Marifaith Partridge



LINCOLNTON, Ga. -- Mrs. Marifaith Teasley Partridge, 69, of Augusta Highway, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at her residence.

The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at New Hope Baptist Church with the Revs. Douglas Butts and Paul C. Reviere officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Partridge, a native of Lincoln County, had retired as a schoolteacher with the Lincolnton school system. She had taught at Wilkes Academy, Washington. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, where she was an organist, Sunday school teacher and a member of Women's Missionary Union.

Survivors include her husband, Henry Will Partridge; a son, Bill Partridge, Lincolnton; two daughters, Gloria P. Ferris, Bonaire, and Fran P. Austin, Warner Robbins; a brother, Benson Teasley, Lincolnton; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her nephews.

Friends may call at the residence.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Beggs Funeral Home.
