Mrs. Agnes Willingham

Mrs. Agnes S. Willingham, 83, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at Doctors Hospital.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Curtis Baptist Church with the Revs. Sherrell Dunn, Mark Harris and Robert Holmes and Dr. John C. Bryan officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Watkinsville Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Cochran officiating.

Mrs. Willingham, a native of Davisboro, had retired as an interior decorator. She was active in outreach programs with the Korean Methodist Church, Safe Homes and Care Pregnancy Center. She was a member of Curtis Baptist Church, where she was active in the Jail Ministry for 42 years at Richmond County Jail.

Survivors include a daughter, Maggie "Sunny" Graves, Augusta; a stepdaughter, Frances W. Torrence, Milledgeville; and nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Poteet Funeral Home, Wheeler Road.
