Does the name Erin McQuatters ring a bell? She's the Augusta girl who won last year's Chanel/Seventeen New Model of the Year Contest and is currently signed with Elite, a top modeling agency.

It's time for this year's contest and aspiring models can pick up entry forms at the Chanel counter at Macy's in the Augusta Mall, inside the February and March issues of Seventeen or by visiting the Web site www.seventeen.com.

The Augusta Mini Theatre presents Before and After the Storm, in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday. Performances are at 8 tonight and 3:30 and 8 p.m. Saturday at the Grover C.
